Our Story

I started the business in 2017 and since then have done nothing but watch it grow.

I trained as a professional chef for 2 years and have worked in many restaurants alongside some amazing chefs, including Michelin star.

When I was 13 I won ‘Essex Young Chef of the Year’ this competition is what got me where I am today, it gave me the confidence I needed to get through and helped me have the passion I have today for cooking. I pride myself in making and providing fresh homemade cakes and food and I’ve worked so hard to achieve where I am today.

I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without the support from my family and friends and of course my customers too.

Our Mission

  • There are many reasons to be on an altered diet - it could be due to either a personal choice to remove certain ingredients from your life, or due to allergic requirements or an intolerance.  Here at The Coffee Boutique & Cake Co, we believe that your taste-buds shouldn't have to suffer due to either of the above reasons for avoiding dairy.  

    We want everybody to be able to enjoy the same standard of delicious cakes no matter what - that's just the way we believe it should be! We've spent months carefully putting together an incredible range of free from cakes so that no matter the occasion, whether it's a birthday or any other celebration, you'll be in for a treat that you won't forget. 

    Working extra hard to ensure the flavour of our free from cakes and treats are indistinguishable from our other cakes, we've made sure that there is no sacrifice in our flavour or taste - with most people not even being able to tell the difference!
