This cake comprises a chocolate mint sponge, filled and topped with smooth chocolate mint buttercream and is then finished with chunks of Aero Chocolate Mint. It’s a Chocolate Mint lover’s dream dessert!

Our cakes can be enjoyed for up to 48 hours when refrigerated, but in order to have your best The Coffee Boutique & Cake Co experience, we suggest giving them at least three hours (longer if the cake is larger) to stand at room temperature before indulging.
