Our gluten free Victoria sponge is the perfect cake for any occasion. It is a light, fluffy sponge sandwiched together with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Almost identical to a regular Victoria sponge, except with no gluten of course, you will not be able to tell the difference!

Free range eggs, gluten free flours and natural vanilla flavouring all combine to create our delicious gluten free Victoria sponge. Along with the vanilla buttercream, you will find raspberry jam sandwiched in the middle of the sponge.

We recommend you enjoy all of our products within 48 hours of purchase - we very much doubt in most homes or offices they will last much longer anyway!

If you're planning to eat your cupcakes or cake on the day, keep them cool and dry. Our cakes can be enjoyed for up to 48 hours when refrigerated, but in order to have your best The Coffee Boutique & Cake Co experience, we suggest giving them at least three hours (longer if the cake is larger) to stand at room temperature before indulging.
